Construction:

The unit should have outer chamber, inner chamber boiler, lid and jacket-all should be made of 304-grade stainless steel. The jacket and inner chamber should be made of stainless steel sheets, for controlling sterilization cycle, a three-way valve or a multiport valve /three way valve-made of S.S/Brass should be provided .it should be provided. It should be supplied completely with vacuum breaker, water level indicator, steam trap and automatic pressure control switch. The whole unit should be mounted on a robust tubular stand. To work on 1/3 phase,440 volts A.C. supply.

Working pressure :

The pressure inside the chamber should be variable from 5 psi. to 21(121-125°C) psi. But the normal recommended pressure for sterilization process is 1.2kgf/cm sq/g (22psi).

Standard controls:

Door: single door shall be fitted with radical shooting arm. Accidental vacuum breaker A safety device or jacket against accidental vacuum in it and to remove residual air from it.

Safety valve: A safety device against excess pressure in jacket and steam generator.

Standard controls:

Chamber condensate line: incorporated with spiral thermostatic steam trap and check valve for perfect condensation from chamber to achieve optimum temperature.

Electrical Control Box:

Equipped with air break contractor of &#39:CUT. HAMM&39:make, toggle switch and nos. indicating neon lamps.

FEATURES INCORPORATED IN BASIC UNIT:

1. Automatic pressure control switch- This semi- automatic device controls the pressure inside the chamber mechanically and cuts off the current from the heating elements, when the desired/set pressure value level is attained inside the chamber and restarts the mechanism once the pressure inside the chamber falls from the desired level.

2. Automatic low water cut off device- This device is a safety device which protect the heaters from running dry. This device ensure that the machine is automatically switched off in case the desired water level falls below the prescribed level.

3. Micro processor based PID Controller- It shows the temperature of the chamber. With alarm and timer.
